The aim of ALTAC is to promote best practice in the use of learning technology methodologies to support all aspects of further education.



The main objectives of ALTAC are to:



establish standards and techniques representing best practice,

promote co-operation, collaboration and creation of partnerships,

develop tools, products and exemplars,

encourage appropriate and efficient use of learning technology tools and products available,

promote access to learning technology.
