It looks like the Wednesday 14th December would be the best day for
those that have replied, for a display and presentation of the history
project. Could you please confirm if you are able to make it. I am
concerned that with it nearing Christmas that not all those involved
will be able to attend, so I will re-think the date if I don't get
many confirmations.
