Without wishing to sound like a grumpy old fart, I am really disappointed that
'FOAM' gave permission for a party in the park which was held today. I was at
work today from 6am to 1pm and was unable to have a sleep this afternoon due to
the level of noise from the park. I resorted to calling environmental health in
who spoke with the organiser (Martin Haines?) who told him he had permission to
play the music etc. from FOAM. As soon as the EH officer left, the music was
turned back up and Martin was asked a second time to lower the volume.

My main beef is who gave FOAM the authority to permit such events without
consulting local residents? This is outrageous!
