Hi,

We've very kindly been donated a sack of crocus & snowdrop bulbs
from Ken Hughes, chairman of Smithfield gardens in the Northern
Quarter. There are roughly about 1,500 bulbs in total.

Ideally these need to be planted asap however, with Christmas
looming finding a good couple of hours to do it is getting hard. If
anyone would like to volunteer to lend a hand on Sunday morning 05-
DEC-04 from about 10.30 onwards, please let me know.

I will sort out some trowels, gloves from the council and we can get
they buried to ensure a ray of colour in the park in the new year.

Hope you can help out, afterwards we can adjourn to the Marble Arch
pub for a beer or two.
