Well, I definitely can't afford to buy a house down here - far too
expensive, even though rent is also loads. Besides, it now seems we
may only be here for a year, so maybe we'll move somewhere cheaper
after that.
I passed, which was all I was really worried about, though it was a
bit disappointing, as everyone around me (including my sister and
boyfriend) got firsts (I got a 2-2). But my tutors thought I'd fail,
and I got better than that (I expected to get a third, so I beat that
too!).
What would you do if you didn't go to uni? Would you still be able
to go all that glass work?
As for the Party at the Park, what I watched was awful - mixes of
people to sing just coz they're both 'popular'. However, I really
missed seeing Ray, surely he couldn't have been bad, and I agree with
Alex's comments on the choice of Lola. Just a shame the previous
acts were so bad I turned off before he appeared!
