Hi, ive just put a deposit down on a 99 rs250 and need some help...
The owner told me the battery was flat and when the bike started the
rev counter didnt work and then went mental!!
Hes going to recharge the battery and assures me this will cure it
but i dont want to buy a something with an expensive fix

Any advice would be great
