Sameera Shimmy Nites launch went very well on Friday 31/10/08, despite the fact that the 10ft x 3ft banner could not be hung on the venue due to scaffolding, will go on this week.
The beautiful lineup gave their best and we thank: Emily, Francesca, Emma the Singer, Sameera's students (baptism of fire), the wonderful Sunny Snakeman who also presented the event., Reshma Rose, Leila from El Layali Orientale. Elektra set the dance floor on fire with her electric bellydancing fire show.All performers danced from their hearts and it showed.
People took to the dance floor to the latest Arabic hip hop. The line up is looking fab as ever, (see flyer). We very much hope to see you soon at Sameera Shimmy Nites - weekly Bellydancing Delite.
