1. I felt after 9 yrs I had something to give back to the dance, also lots
of encouragement from my 2 teachers. Also was asked to take over 1 teachers
class for her ( had provided cover before)
2. 9yrs experience with lots of teachers and workshops. Attenance at saftey
workshops; several people who saw me danced asked to be taught themselves;
get on well with people and always tell them to try other teachers also,
know my own limits and areas of strengths and weakness.
3. 9yrs dancing, continous but for a 3 month lay off, with various
teachers, still attend weekly classes twice/week, full support of own
teachers who have given lots of advice..choreo and medical, admit to reading
books on dance and posses many dvd's and videos, hugh libary of music.
4. yes though upset when students leave with no comment, most feedbackk v
good and try to act on suggestions ie more technique than routines
sometimes,saggat to stick etc
teach in two local collages and a village location. Attend workshops in most
areas of country dependant on child care, learning to play Tabla. Attend
performance classes weekly and a technique class also.
hpoe this is of use,
I wouldn't say I was an expert at dance as feel there is still alot out
there to learn.
would like to remain anonymouse though can put you in touch with my teachers
and some students if you need to verify any thing
All the best
Felicity
