Hi Tony,
It is a relief when you finally find out what has been wrong with you
for ever. My son was diagnosed earlier this year and although my
sister had Kanners Autism (she died when I was 9)I did not know
anything about it since she was in a residential home and mum won't
talk about her.I just thought autism was some form of brain damage
that happened at birth. I did not for one minute imagine that I was
carrying it in my genes. It has been quite a shock to me and my poor
husband to have two weirdos in his direct family, but he is less
aggressive now he knows we are not just being difficult.
Anyway, that's all for now.
