The couple are Jerry and Mary Newport - there's a brief biography of
them at http://www.udel.edu/bkirby/asperger/conf_newport.html (scroll
to the bottom of their speaking schedule). They've written two books
on AS, and seem to be very active in AS awareness-raising in general.
