I would be surprised if anyone on the list was sure what to say...

Agreed. I wish I could work in IT, because I love computers, and used to
do computer programming (at home) in the days of microcomputers. I will
never be able to go out to work again, but I may be able to work from
home some day. It would have to be with computers, but I don't have any
relevant qualifications. At the moment, I am waiting to see if it will
be possible to move house. If that ever happens, I will then try to see
if there is any way I can pursue this, since it would be better for me
if I could find a way to earn a living for myself.

I've been asking myself questions about this, as well, because I analyse
everything in sight... In my own case, I think that my mind puts
different things in different compartments (so to speak), in the same
sort of way that Windows will create different places on my computer for
different applications, and deal with each of them according to what it
is. In my own personal mind, there is a place for religion, but there
are also places for things not remotely connected with religion.

I find almost every aspect of everyday life difficult, while others take
such things for granted. The things I am good at, however, tend to be
things which not many people are good at. And so other people can't
understand why I can do such things well, which causes them to think I'm
"clever", yet I fail to be able to do very simple things...

All best wishes,
Angela
