I am thinking of going on some kind of gluten and casein exclusion
diet to help "clear my fogged up brain" and become more "high
functioning". Still have tiredness and fatigue problems, especially
for the eyes. (Having an eye test done today, and already wear
glasses)
I would like to hear about people's experiences of the diet, both
good and bad - especially if they are "high functioning" AS adults.
The questions are :-
1. How long did the "intermediate" feeling horrible period last for
you before you got better, if at all?
2. Has anyone remained in that "intermediate " stage?
3. Has anyone become worse off because of the diet?
4. How did you start the diet?
5. Has the diet been of benefit to you as a "high functioning AS
Adult"?
Please e-mail me all personal experiences good and bad to
neilstuartburrows@.... I need as much information as I can
get from other aspies perspectives. (I have had the scientific info,
or what there is of it, already)
Best Wishes
Neil Burrows
