Well, Cadbury's is the only manufacturer to isolate the smoothest,
sweetest phase of chocolate. Unfortunately, it's also the least
stable, thermodynamically, which is why most manufacturers don't
isolate it.

Plain chocolate's my favourite - bitter people like me like the
flavour ;-)
