I think it was a "silly question silly answer" myself lumping JWs and
Catholics together.

But we discussed it at the time and the concensus we had was to tick
"none" rather than "other".

It's probably more than that really - I find if you ask people if they "believe in god" many pull a "I'm thinking about it face" for a second then say yes, ...
