Semi-vegs can take dairy products,eggs and have more flexibility
and you can always have nonveg food if you do not have a choice.
Semi-vegs do not take meat products if they have a choice of veg food.
The benefits are of being a Semi-Veg are:
1) You contribute towards saving the animals which are
illtreated.
2) You feel better about yourself
3) Being a semiveg you have the choice and don't have to face
the prospect of starving when there is no veg food.
Also it is easier to stick to the diet.
4) you can use it as a transition to becoming a true
vegetarian if u choose.
It is a difficult choice in areas where vegetarian food is scarce
but otherwise surely worth trying!
