I went to church recently. That sounds pretty dull, but I'm 30 and it
was my first time (knew I should have stayed a virgin).
I was led into it by mistake, my friend asked me to come o his childs
christening, only forgetting to state that when he told me to get there
I'd have to sit through the entire service- I think that's what it's
called.
Wow. A liverly church. Bit of singing and all that, happy clappy stuff.
Wierdest moment ever.
People bring their kids to worship an alien (ie- not of earth)?!?? -
That almost definately doesn't exist. And sing about someone they talk
to but can't see, and some dead dude who they reckon came back to life
(only stayed a few days after death for some reason though).
This is probably alittle controversial but I really felt like I was in
some type of mental institution. Or, at least these people should be.
C'mon kids, lets sing to a non existent alien who (didn't) create us
all and everything, and a guy who wouldn't take a hint from the then
government who said 'shut up or we'll kill you' and then they did as he
wouldn't shut up. Stupidity?
