Well done Chris. It appears that the recent events reported in the media
whether regarding the wearing of religious icons or clothing or even
offering equal rights is starting to cause some concern amongst the
believers. I surely do not understand why people who seriously believe that
they have an omnipresent all powerful god on their side worry about such
trivial matters. Perhaps they are aware that their belief is being exposed
for what it is. Absolute nonsense!



I have really relished recent interviews with Christians condemning equality
for gay and lesbian couples. It seems that they are quiet on non married
heterosexual couples and also do they ever serve breakfast to people who are
overweight. Isn't sex out of wedlock a sin and so too gluttony.



Bigoted prejudice is what we see at play here, no more and no less.



I also heard a fascinating radio piece regarding circumcision. Apparently it
is okay to mutilate children. It is about time the government stepped in and
resolved this. After all it is illegal to dock the tail of a Jack Russell
terrier but not it seems that of a child.



What we do about this I do not know, but one thing is for sure. Our public
services should be secular and remain so offering equality and opportunity
to all. Even those that choose to believe in ancient myth and legend.



I would welcome comments from anyone. Either for or against.

group I was begining to lose faith in atheism. ;)

Never mind the playboy lapel badge would a satanic image be allowed?
- or a swastika? can we ask why the government openly supports "faith"
schools would it welcome ann approach for a non-faith school just as
readily?

I could go on and on but others have said similar things and phrased
