Meetings are Monday at present it has been surgested that we change to a evening Please advise on if this would help you attend.

Committee Meetings held every month, at Hesketh Manor at 2pm

We will discus at the AGM to see if we can change to suit all as we need all committtee to attend, AGM.

General Public Meetings Held at Jubilee Hall (St Richards) at 7.30pm

They Are:

7th October 2008 AGM Please Try to Attend or please advise me if you can not.

2nd December 2008

All are first Tuesday in the month By Monthley.

Attendance of last general meetings have been poorly attended so every one

Must be happy with what is happening.

If not, please note the date and come along to the next meeting.
