Sydney Private Bus Timetables from Robert Henderson.

I don’t think I have seen mention of the new timetable for Route 989, Bundeena area, which is in new MoT format and dated November 2008.

(LS He is right I had not heard of it before but this must be a big improvement as there previous timetables were usually only slips of paper or A4 at best).

 

New South Wales Timetables.

Fearnes Wagga. Further to yesterday the take over by Busabout has been confirmed as having taken place on 3/12/2008.

It is expected to be renamed Busabout, Wagga over the Christmas 2008/New Year 2009 period.

Whittlesea Bus Review - Stage 2 upgrades

The following is listed on the DoT website, advising of timetable changes to commence in early 2009 following the completion of the Whittlesea Bus Review:

Route 575 (Thomastown - Epping North) – Extend route further into the developing areas of Epping North (Aurora Estate) with an improved operating frequency, extended hours of operation to 9pm seven days a week and a Sunday service for the first time. To commence by March 2009.

Route 572 (Bundoora RMIT - Mill Park Lakes) – Extend route north into the developing areas of Mill Park Lakes, Mernda and Doreen with service to operate to 9pm seven days a week. To commence on 20 April 2009.

Route 520 (Yan Yean - Greensborough) – To assist residents in the developing areas of Doreen, including Laurimar Estate, significant upgrading of service frequency and extended hours of operation on weekdays, with Saturday and Sunday service for the first time. To commence on 20 April 2009.

Note: The new timetables for Routes 572 and 520 will be combined at Doreen (Laurimar Estate) to allow residents to travel in both directions without having to change buses.

 

Attached is a new list of the V/LINE POCKET TIMETABLES which has been used to update the website list.
