you have probably done more rsearch than I can imagine on the 103rd squadron, but just a thought. Have you researched the on line catalogue of photos from the Imperial war museum? http://collections.iwm.org.uk/
You can try to search by aircraft number or squadron - I know its a lnog shot but stranger things have happened. If you get Flypast magazine, they have an extensive history of various squadrons and may be worth a call to their research dept to ask if they might know any thing or could recommend somewhere else?
I would very much love to read about what you have already collected, infact if you have enough information the Flypast folks may even do an article on them as a featured crew as they frequently do. do not have a military connection but rather a WW2 interest in aviation - specifically the Lancaster - the finest of all bombers.
