I am still alive and kicking.

If there's any Kate news let us know please. I have to confess that I
am now completely out of touch... how sad.

However I am still listening to KAte on a near daily basis, and if
I'm not listening I am singing, or I am choreographing my daughter to
KAtes music.... now thats physical work there!!!
