sorry to anyone who has been offended recently in my absence by
spammers leaving disgusting and totally unkaterelated messages on
the group.

i have deleted these people from the database and changed the
membership to "by approval" only - this should not happen again.

I know some of our members are young and vulnerable, therefore I
will endeavour to pay more attention to the group and moderate it
more forceably in future.
