okay, this is clearly a huge feedback loop now. james denmead's email
system will now continue replying to his own emails...

so far, most of the forum's emails have seemed pretty irrelevant to
me. is there a way of making this forum's day-to-day activities less
public, so maybe people could email the store's manager directly
about parts, and the manager respond directly to them (rather than
having this go out to the whole forum). if there aren't parts that
the person is looking for, maybe the manager can then email out to
the entire forum a request for that part.
