The problem being is that the water leak is from the window hatch in the bow of the
boat it looks like it needs changing.

I just Cleaned mine up (scraped all old black rubber stuff out and re-sited the window on window sealant the clear stuff, with a scraping over the top, at the join. That was about 2 years ago and still no leaks.
