Coming back down to earth after such a fantastic weekend?!

 

Cait won't be coming to teach on Thursday and quite a few of the regulars are off to Samye Ling, so it's 'Open House' - all welcome, not just the study group. See how we feel on the evening, but I would imagine some discussion, some meditation and Tim has a Medicine Buddha puja - is this an audio tape or CD Tim, or a written version?

 

I will be unlocking and hope to be there early to do some work on the shop. Helpers for setting up most welcome!
