Hi Everyone

I have left a message with Ian which I hope will get through to you
for tonight or next week, but I just wanted to say a big thank you
to everyone who has written to me and signed my get well card.

The last few months have been a little challenging, including many
hospital visits, investigations and then surgery and a long
recovery. Us nurses do not like that approach...........

I will not go into all the detail here but will update you when I
see you all next. I am now feeling better as the weeks go by, and
back at work part time. The evenings are the worst for me as I feel
fairly tired and unable to function fully, however that is also
improving with time. I am currently working up to a trip to Rome for
four days from the 1st Oct to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary,
wow, time flies!

I am hoping that things continue to progress as per plan, in which
case I would really like to get back for the Thurs evening in a
couple of weeks. I am going to chat up Ian and see if I can scrounge
a lift (Oops, thanks Ian)

In the mean time I will stop rambling, once again many thanks for
your best wishes, support and love and look forward to seeing you
all very soon.
