Since Rinpoche is teaching at Chichester this year, will we need to
organise how to set things up there?

Unfortuantely I wasn't able to get the night shifts off that I wanted,
so I won't to be able to come to the group on the Thursday before
Rinpoche's teachings, but can get to the teachings over the weekend.
