Hi Rimpoche   William arrived in the world on Saturday, 2.28pm , mum and baby  are doing well.  The delivery  was as good as can be expected. everyone remarked how calm she was , she had a weeks retreat a few weeks ago to chill out.   When the midwife checked his placenta she said it was heart shaped , which isn;t common, so born from love into love.   I was trying to do the fast and prayers, as per HH Dalai Lama, but having been up most of the night managed only until 4 pm, then thought if i didn't eat i'd perhaps not be too able to help .  (during the pregnancy he first started to kick on the same day as you gave the Chenrezig empowerment!)
