I recieved some US Lamps today they are
 
US Philips 50/150A/NTL 120 volt 50/100/150 watt 3-Way Lamp with Natural White
Bulb, (actually this came as a 3 pack) see

The second Lamp is a US Sylvania H33CD-400 400 watt Mercury Lamp with Clear BT37
Bulb the Date Code as b038  I have desifered as March 2000 see

The 3rd lamp is another US Sylvania H33CD-400 400 watt Mercury Lamp but with a
Clear Elliptical Bulb see

lamp has a competely different code it's RM25 this Code I have No Idea how to
decifer but I am Guessing is December 2005.
