just remove the plastic cover inside the car near the switch insert a small
allen key into the plast nut assembly found behind the cover and help assist
the elctric motor in it's action.....this happened on my car as the roof
wasn't opened for eight years.....after I got it open by assisting the
electric motor....I simply used wd40 on all the sliders and now it works a
treat

I have a 635 Highline with electric sunroof that has stopped working
suddenly. When you press the button it just moves the sunroof a
little and then stops as if the force required is too much for the
motor.

Is it an easy job to take the sunroof out and check it?
