I am about to purchase a 1982 635CSI grey market car in New York, USA,
mileage 102,000 needs a computer, but have found a used one. Question
is are these models prone to rusting around the shock towers in the
front? The car is beautiful looking, but have to get new towers welded
in. I am picking the car up for a song, also its guages are all in
German, and its has Alpina wheels on it.

any idea on the value of such a car fixed up? Also being Grey market,
does this car have more hp than USA models? What HP does it have?
