We encourage each other to manage our recovery by using the following;
1) To look at our own behaviours and reactions.
2) To develop boundaries.
3) To take responsibility for our actions.
4) To Challenge aspects of our own behaviour/thinking & those of others.
5) To Develop our self esteem & Confidence
6) To support each other on this challenging yet rewarding journey.
7) To learn & understand the benefits of incorporating Mindfulness.
8) To try to work through issues with each other via this site.
In order to help us in our recovery we have a resident CBT Therapist who will contribute when he feels we are undecided as to an answer, the aim of this site is to empower ourselves through peer2peer support.
