I was a conductor for Hants & Dorset during the sixties and this
site has brought back many memories. My PSV number was KK43210 and I
still have it. There seems to be a distinct lack of pictures of
either Bmth or Poole bus stations floating around. I remember quite
clearly that during my time of training in Bmth Bus Station there
were some enormous pictures of it hanging on almost every wall. I
have posted a picture of Exeter Road showing exactly where the old
bus station stood. If anyone would like pictures taken of
bournemouth or Poole I will happily oblige as I am retired now and
have all the time in the world.In the meantime please keep this site
alive. Not too many people seem interested in H&D or the old bus
station.
