Patrick,
The places that come immediately to mind are,
Opposite the American express building on Edward street - there's
sometimes up to 40 there.
Around Both the Royal Sussex and Brighton general hospitals.
Along the London Road (Clumps rather than 7+).
Bottom of Saint James Street.
I'm sure there's more that will come to mind - I'll let you know.
Paul

Subject: [brighton_area_cyclists] Groups of Parked Bicycles
Hello All
Next week I'm going to start putting flyers promoting this discussion
list on bicycles in town again. The last spate of this was extremely
successful and now I'm looking for ideas about where groups of parked
bicycles might be found.
A group of parked bicycles doesn't have to be very large for me to stop
and attach the flyers. I've discovered that around 7 or more bicycles is
appropriate for me to stop and do my thing. Less than that and it isn't
worth it.
The areas I've been doing, or know about to do, so far in Brighton and
Hove are:
Front of Churchill Centre
Promenade around the front of Pavilion pier
Front of Arts College
Various places around Old Steine and The Level
Brighton railway station
Hove railway station
Do you know of a gathering of 7 or more parked bicycles?
Can you add to this list?
At the moment I'm only doing Brighton and Hove but as the weather warms
up I will want to go farther afield into the surrounding area, so
suggestions outside Brighton and Hove are welcome as well.
Patrick
