Bike for Life still has a few places available on its forthcoming
introductory bike maintenance course on Saturday 14th May, the course runs
between 11 and 3.30 in Hove and is only £10.
The day will cover basic bike maintenance and fixing, specifically: fixing
punctures, tyres, tubes & brake replacement, gear adjustment and general
servicing. Places are limited to 6, just a couple left. If you would like to
take a place please let me know.
This is part of the our “Try Cycling” project which also offers introduction
to road riding courses and one to one tuition for complete beginners,
including a loan bike.
