Happy New Year!

Just cycled down Queen's Road from the staion. The "temporary" sign at
North Street which restricts ahead only traffic to "buses, taxis &
deliveries" is still there.

You'll remember that we discussed this at the forum last time and you
said that it would be replaced with a permanent sign with the correct
restrictions (ie allowing bikes). Is there a timescale for this?

Also, the cones & barriers are all a bit messy especially at the Clock
Tower - this really needs sorting out.
