A very big welcome to new members. Please can you introduce yourself to the group and tell us a little about yourself.
This is a local ME/CFS group for people living in Brighton,Hove and the surrounding areas.
It is a space for members to create whatever they want or need.This may vary from individual to individual.
We have a regular monthly pub social and welcome all people with ME,CFS,and PVFS.Details at bottom of page.
We also have a Facebook group and sometimes meet up locally to do other social things.
Please do not meet new internet friends from here on your own.If you do then it is advisable to do it in a public space and to tell someone.Dont go anywhere private until you have met them publicly many times.
Its not a good idea to put personal information on here eg. phone numbers,addresses,last name or where you work.

PUB SOCIAL: We meet monthly,the second Friday of every month at the Church Street pub in Church Street,opposite the Corn Exchange in central Brighton.We meet 3pm til 4pm and will be sitting with cuddly toy on table.
