I think you'd have to ask her first if you can copy it and use it? I doubt she'd mind.
Yes I'd go for having 2 sites and making sure any info is backed up. I know a lot of people that have databases "stolen". Some of them took years to build and disappeared in the click of a mouse. The people that stole one database started charging for the stolen info!
I don't think the law can do much unless you copyright everything and that costs.

I can insert a link there to a new
page on Floral Garden.
The only benefit of having a reserved
website would be that it cannot be adjusted or edited by anyone else
e.g.. unwittingly introducing errors.
A link to this reserved site can be
placed on Wikipedia entry.
I think the answer is probably to have
both. Having created one, the other should be easy.
Can I have permission to Lift Mandy's
Ebay contribution for starters and post it on Wikipedia?
If so, I know I saw it somewhere but
