Some of my customers have been asking about Lucy's Mini Garden, and I
thought this could be of interest to the forum. Britains Floral Garden
series was launched in 1960 and then, follwing an unsuccessful attempt
to revive the market by bringing in the Floral Garden people range
(grandmother on a bench, children with dog etc), was discontinued in
1970. Then, in 1976 Britains tried to re-launch the series, but re-
packaged it as Lucy's Mini Garden (this was a supplement to a small
boxed set - minus the edging bricks!) - it wasn't a success and was
deleted after just 3 years. I hope this is helpful.
