re:Peas & What?
These brown sticks are the pea sticks which are supposed to be with the green peas. Simulating that peas are climbers and need something to climb on. I haven't got a box to hand but the instructions which came with the original boxes show the peas intertwined with the brown sticks pretty much as you have done. The peas without sticks on your other photo is technically incomplete (but someone will buy it I'm sure).
As for the beans, I think there are also supposed to be "poles" joining the "A" frames you have put up for support. Got any straight brown plastic sticks in your box? That's probably them.

I've just added a palm tree to the Trees folder, and added a new
folder "Fruit & Veg" to put these items in. My are all unboxed and I
have no idea whether these were originally sold in this format, or as
a complete kitchen garden.
