The review was written by Keith Harris so he's probably got an electronic
version at home (kmharris@...). If not you will have to resort to the
editor Michael Chinery who is not on email - address in Cecodology.

For chasing up your copies of Cecidology. Try emailing Alan Rix, membership sec.
(alan.rix@...). If your membership is not paid up this could be
why you haven't had Cecidology - but I'm sure it's not so in your case! But he
needs to know your new address.
