we just bought a two bedroom apt., in Buggiba, Malta. We hope to
live there in a few years time. If you are thinking of buying don't waste any
more time, prices will rise when Malta joins E.U. At the moment the price of
property is quite reasonable.(by irish standards anyway). We contacted an estate
agent and they were very helpful finding a new apt., within our budget.They then
spent 3 days with us helping to furnish the apt.,. Negotiating discounts etc.,
If you like I can e-mail the name of the estate agent.
