Hi all,

I hope someone can help me with the strangely non-English concept
of "airspace". I am currently putting in an offer to buy an
appartment on the top floor of a new block in Sliems, Malta.

The asking price was comparitively high but the developer is willing
to sell for 35,000 Maltese pounds less if the airspace is not
included.

What I would like to know is if this is just some selling gimick or
is it considered absolutely necessary to have the airspace. Is there
some law covering the concept and what bad things can I expect if I
do not purchase with airspace.
