You have good intentions but it don't work the way you think , I agree the UK is
not a good place etc, most rentals in Malta are un-furnished and January is a
bad time for work, when Christmas and New Year is over with Malta becomes like a
grave yard, ( personally I like Winter) and its cold.
In Malta jobs that pay a good wage to bring up four children are not easy to
find and that's if your Maltese! so I don't think your chances will be good,
most causal work is in Summer when the Tourist's arrive! also you will not be
able to obtain any state benefits, I would have another think about what you are
planning.
Its funny how Northern European people are always chasing the sun and forget the
Malta has a winter as well!

my husband has just about to booked a months accomidation in seilema
in a hotel for jan 07. he will be looking for work and hopefully a

ect and dave has been to malta before but its such a big thing to

we moved to spain when we were both newly weds and got jobs straight
away within about 3 days but have no idea whats the best way to go
about it in malta.
we just want to bring our kids up somewhere safe and beautifull and
