thanks for your enquiry. Firstly I need to amend the following:its a
terraced house, not semi-detached. Aso, it may be interest to you that
the house has its own well reservoir which supplies water to all the
bathrooms.
Rental aggreement is as follows: initial deposit for breakages & damages:
Euro 1165/LM500. Monthly rent (payable one month in advance)at
Euro350/LM150; utilities bills payable by lessee; contract renewable
evry 6 months.

Would you kindly let me know how many occupants you might be renting
accomodation for, and if these include children.

If you would like to view the property, I can arrange for it before I go
on vacation on Wednesday 9th. Otherwise later when I will be back 3rd
week of Jan.
