A Ravelry group would be good too, let me know when it's running!
I'll be on time for this month so if Laura wants I can meet her about 5.50pm (or earlier as I usually get to Brum about 5.15)
See you all soon

Hi Guys,
I was thinking about setting up a Ravelry group for Brum Knit Night, in the hope we might be able to swell our ranks even more - I've added 4
people to the group in the last couple of days (hello!!)
I need 3 additional people before I can start a group, is anyone else out there signed up for Ravelry yet apart from Alison and Emily?
P.s. If you haven't heard of Ravelry, then check out www.ravelry.com A fab way of keeping track of your yarn and projects and also a great way of seeing what everyone else is making and searching for patterns...
Looking forward to seeing you on the 27th November - I *may* be a little late as I'm working in London that day, but I'm hoping to get an early train back.
Also, I was thinking of moving the December date forward to avoid cancelling it all together. Is the 18th of December (another Tuesday) any good for anyone????

Yes, my name on Ravelry is Jael. Good thinking batman about December, I was
wondering what was going to happen. 18th is fine with me.

Hi & thanks for the welcome, for the others, I'm Megan and live in Wolverhampton (from NZ originally). Not going to make it this month unfortunately, as I am flying out to Ireland on holiday the morning of the 29th.
I'm on Ravelry as well (buzzybeem) so you can add me to the group (or tell me how to add myself!)
The 18th is no good for me unfortunately, husband is away with work that week, otherwise I would be there!

Hi Laura,
We are usually at the back sitting at one of the tables. I'd offer to
meet you before hand but I might be a few minutes late as I am working
in London that day - I'm hoping to get the early train but just in
case.... I try to make it quite obvious who we are - I'll have my
knitting or some wool or something on the table.
Are you a Ravelry member? If so, Emily, Alison and I are all members
and I Emily and I have our photos on there (I'm rooknits and Emily is
Emily!). Alternatively there is probably a photo of me on my blog
somewhere...

I shall be in the Shakespeare from 6ish as usual!
My mystery stole is nearing completion, I am hoping I have enough time
to finish it this week so I can bring it along to show off :0)
Hope everyone is doing well and can make next week

Hi Alison,
Yes, it is tomorrow! I had almost forgotten having been away on my hols and didn't send the reminder last week. Hope you can make it. I will definitely be
there.

Hello,
A little reminder that the next Brum Knit Night is next Tuesday, 28th August. I'll be in the Shakespeare from about 6pm. Hope to see you there! I must find a new project to bring with me, my Mystery Shawl requires far too much concentration and the socks I'm knitting should be finished by then! I don't think I've had so few projects on the go for
a very long time!

Hi
I don't know if you've seen this but it's great. I was sent an invite

Hi Jenni,
Hope you had a lovely holiday; I hope you've survived the floods

I just wish I could get to meet you on Tues - I work a lot from home and my diary has not been knitting friendly recently. I hope to be there sometime. Happy knitting, Janet

Hi everyone, my name's Helen and I joined the online group a couple of months ago. I haven't been able to get to any of the meetings before but am hoping to come along on Tuesday. I'm a bit nervous and not really sure what knitting to bring! I know that probably sounds silly! What do the rest of you take? Look forward to meeting you on Tuesday, Helen
Socks are popular, but all sorts have been brought. It’s good to
have something easy to knit away on while you’re there, but interesting
for us all to see what you’re knitting on at home too – show and
tell, as the Americans would say.
Hi Helen
Something simple, but if you want to bring any other more complicated
projects to show us I'd certainly be interested as I love looking at other
people's knitting. I shall be bringing a very dull stockinet cardigan I am
knitting for my mum.
