Junta in Burma this week made some small little gestures, laying conditions for dialogue and appointing a liaison for dialogue. But the question, a very Big Question, is if we can take Junta seriously, the same junta which held an election but jailed people's elected representatives and then made blood baths of all pro-democracy demonstrations.
