In response to your message... although not totally veggie... there is a brand new restaurant opened in the bay just this Sunday 27th... the infamous Wagamama of London and other parts of england has finally reached wales!
And their veggie food, tofu etc is to die for!
Also they are very reasonably priced.
I'm off there as soon as i can manage it!

Subject: [cardiff-vale-vegetarians] What's happened to The Greenhouse Cafe?
Hi all,
Not sure if I've posted before (memory not great!) but I'm a mother of
two, life long vegetarian living in Cardiff.
I tried to book a table for The Greenhouse Cafe in Cathays the other
day, but the phone rang to answerphone. The message says that the
restaurant is being sold and basically saying goodbye.
Does anyone know what's happened? I'm gutted! The food in there was
lush. I never liked the fact that the did fish but the veggie food was
amazing.
I'm fed up of eating Indian food. Anyone know of any good veggie
restaurants in Cardiff?
