  • How to carry out Smoking Cessation Therapy and Weight Loss Programmes.
  • Effective Pain management.
  • The use of Guided Imagery and Psycho Imaginary Therapy to go deeper into the inner self.
  • Working with Dreams.
  • How to work with the Inner Child to make deep-rooted changes.
  • Regression and Hypnoanalysis as an effective way of healing trauma.
  • How to use hypnosis for physical healing - Hypnohealing.
  • Various psychological models to integrate into the therapeutic approach such as Transactional Analysis, Jungian therapy, Gestalt therapy and the work of Freud, Rogers, Ellis and Beck.

The Year 1 Diploma course is open to all students who wish to become professional practitioners of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Counselling. In particular those looking for a sound and thorough training to enable them to become eligible for membership of the National Council of Psychotherapists and the General Hypnotherapy Register at practitioner level.

This programme provides and excellent background for the development of students understanding about hypnosis and therapy, practical hypnotic skills and awareness of a wide range of presenting problems.  

Students will experience a vast range of clinical and analytical hypnotic and psychotherapeutic techniques that will support the client in self-realisation and healing, enabling them to find choices in the
way they respond to life.
