Very cool to see this in an affordable volume!
I was working with the online version available that Greg Lindahl has had up for some time. (See http://www.pbm.com/~lindahl/ap_huw/) It came out very blurry on my home printer so I put it on a disk and had it printed at a local copy store that has better equipment and it finally came out readable. It cost me about the same as this book would have!

Just in case anyone's interested: you can now get the black-and-white
facsimile of the ap Huw manuscript as a printed hardback book from
lulu.com: http://www.lulu.com/content/2453131
The PDF has been available online for some time. But I was given a copy
of the book this summer, and I'm finding it very much more convenient
and pleasant than the separate print-off pages I've been working from
up until now.
